We bring calm, capability, and decisive medical leadership to your doorstep, whether you need rapid assessment, urgent stabilization, medication support, or real-time coordination with your existing care team.

You have 24/7 access to experienced emergency medical professionals who can evaluate symptoms early, help prevent unnecessary ER visits, and guide you to the right level of care when minutes matter. If escalation is needed, we coordinate seamlessly with local EMS, urgent care, emergency departments, specialists, and your PCP, ensuring continuity, clarity, and advocacy throughout the process.

Traveling? We go with you. When required, we can travel to provide hands-on medical support and coordinate with local medical resources at your destination, so your care stays consistent, organized, and mission-focused wherever you are.

Local Coverage Membership (New Braunfels/San Antonio region)

Coverage assumption: within a defined local service radius (e.g., 25–30 miles) with 24/7 availability, home response when clinically appropriate, and full coordination.

Monthly rates

  • Individual: $650/month

  • Couple: $1,050/month

  • Family (household): $1,450/month

Optional add-ons

  • One-time onboarding/records review fee: $250–$500 (covers deep chart review, med reconciliation, baseline plan)

  • “Extended radius” add-on (30–60 miles): +$150–$300/month

  • Additional household member: +$150–$250/month

Travel Coverage

Travel professional fee

  • $1,500/day (travel-day and on-call day both count)

Minimums

  • Domestic: 2-day minimum

  • International: 4-day minimum

Pass-through expenses (billed at cost)

  • Airfare (typically refundable/changeable fares), baggage fees

  • Lodging

  • Ground transportation

  • Required medical supplies/equipment rentals (if any)

Meals & incidentals

  • Per diem: $95/day (domestic), $125/day (international)

  • Incidentals/admin surcharge: 10–15% of pass-through travel expenses (covers booking changes, itinerary disruptions, local coordination time)
