Who We Are

Jason R. Collins, DMSc, MPAS, EMPA-C, is a concierge medical provider with more than 30 years of experience in emergency, trauma, and aviation medicine.

He served over 25 years in the U.S. Army, including deployments to multiple combat zones, where his work shaped a calm, steady approach to complex medical care.

Today, Jason provides highly personalized, relationship-based concierge care with direct access and close follow-up. He lives in New Braunfels with his wife and is proud to serve his community.

Dr. Bret Wood is a board-certified emergency physician with over 20 years of experience in trauma, veteran, and community hospital settings.

He served more than 24 years in the United States Air Force, practicing emergency medicine, critical care, aviation medicine, and surgical care.

He now focuses on a concierge model of care that emphasizes access, continuity, and long-term physician-patient relationships. Dr. Wood lives in New Braunfels with his wife and children.
