  • No. VOCo Medical works alongside your existing insurance/provider

    • Insurance is typically used for labs, imaging, prescriptions, specialist visits, hospital care, and emergency services.

    • The membership fee covers enhanced access, communication, care coordination, and time with your provider.

  • Direct access means you can communicate with us through text, email, phone, or in person without navigating call centers or long wait times. Response times vary by membership tier, but all plans prioritize timely, thoughtful communication.

  • Response times depend on your membership level:

    • Access Tier: Response within 48 hours or sooner

    • Priority Tier: Response within 24 hours or sooner

    • Premier Tier: Rapid responses and proactive follow-up

    • Advanced+ Service: 24/7 access to medical professionals

  • Visits and care coordination are handled according to your membership tier and individual needs. Because care is personalized, details are reviewed during your introductory conversation to ensure expectations are clear.

    VOCo Medical does not replace emergency services. However, for urgent concerns, members may contact their provider for guidance on next steps, coordination with EMS, emergency departments, or specialists to ensure continuity of care.
